Please allow 5 days for the seller to make contact with you as per our terms of service. Ensure you have made reasonable attempts to contact the seller by sending them a couple of friendly emails stating you are wanting to arrange the trade. It is also recommended that you check your spam folders as their emails may be accidentally ending up there.
If after 5 days the seller is yet to make contact with you, we suggest you place feedback accordingly. If the issue does end up being resolved, ensure this feedback is changed.
