Woohoo, your bid was successful and you’ve won the item! Now what?
Handshake will send you an email letting you know that you have successfully bought the item. This email will give you the seller’s details as well as instructions on how to proceed with the sale. Please use the email address provided by the seller to communicate with them until the process is complete.
If you are having items sent to you, we recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your items arrive quickly and so insurance can be taken on more expensive items.
Once the sale has been completed and you have received the item you will need to place feedback for the seller.
